A November bouquet

Despite a snowy morning in October and several hard frosts since then, some of the flowers in the garden continue to give us beautiful blooms.  Here’s a November bouquet:

November posy: carnations, marigolds, achillea and two little roses.

These colours are so vibrant, they seem like mid-summer colours.  Thank you, garden!

  1. Howm beautiful, those flowers from the garden. We don’t have any flowers blooming in the garden right now and the purple berries of the beautyberry all have been eaten by blackbirds.

    • Beautyberry? I’m intrigued! Must look this up.

Soon the flowers will be gone and we’ll have to be more subtle in our appreciation of the shapes and textures of the garden.

  2. These colors are so great on a grey november day.
